Hassie has had diarrhea all day - she ate her meal with no issue, she is not lethargic, she is not showing any other signs of illness. We gave her a raw egg earlier to see if that would settle her - it did not help. She is passing every 45 min to one hour - much more frequently than usual. We have watched her in the high heat (no allowed out for more than short periods) and made sure she has plenty of fresh water.

Is there anything you can recommend to help her?

Well, since it has now been several days, I am hoping that Hassie is feeling better. Diarrhea can occur for many different reasons but, when it is as frequent and urgent as she was, it is wise to get her to see her vet so that they can evaluate her. Then, even if it is a simple problem, they can either address it or treat her symptoms at least.Definitely avoiding heat and giving plenty of water is a good idea. You can also feed a bland diet at home- offer either boiled chicken breast or boiled ground beef with steamed rice. This will take some of the work off of her gut and produce less stool.

Good luck.
Sincerely,
