Sex: Male
Spayed/Neutered: Yes

My dog is panting more than usual, its mild panting and is occuring at times when usually he wouldn’t. It just started yesterday and isn’t intense or excessive. He is a 2.5 boxer boy with the smushed in snout, and has never been great in the heat. Should I make a move to my vet or give it a day or so? there are no other obvious symptoms.

I would suggest due to the breed to see your veterinarian. It may not be an issue but because Boxers as a breed have some heart problems it would be safest to have him checked out.
Best of luck.
