I have a 6 year old yellow-headed amazon she has a bald spot on her neckline and it doesn’t seem to get any better,is there any cure or treatment for these?

Sometimes feathers fall out for no reason. Havr her checked out to rule out skin diseases
If it is a benign condition, the feathers should grow back with the next molt.
